We help companies build stronger workforces by making smarter people decisions through innovative, transparent and unbiassed candidate assessments. We're looking for a subject matter expert (SME) with great bookkeeping knowledge to create one or possibly more recruitment cases.
A recruitment case is used to automatically screen candidates for a key position, in this case a Bookkeeper position. The case simulates typical scenarios and questions that a Bookkeeper would encounter day to day.
Your first task would be to define four to five key skillsets required by a good Bookkeeper, and then define several questions and answers pertaining to each skillset.
