Ole is a senior executive with apx. 15 years of leadership experience and since 2010 within top management (C-level). Ole has a broad industry background from telecom (Stofa), energy (SE) and consumer goods (LEGO). Ole has worked in logistics & supply planning, marketing & sales and has several years of full value chain responsibility (including HR & finance) as a CEO.
For 8 months in 2018 Ole applied his experience from various industries as a CEO of the Faerch Foundation. That role was not a match and Ole is now looking for a broader leadership role with both commercial and operational challenges.
While looking for the next leadership challenge Ole is working in his own company as an executive advisor in a partnership with Qvartz Management Consulting.
Ole also has several years of board member experience from international companies (FairWind, Isabella & Blue Renewables).
As a leader Ole is known for his empathy, communication skills, result oriented - and his ability to create a trusting environment with high level of followship from both peers and employees. Ole values involvement, openness & result orientation.
Ole holds a M. Sc. in Engineering from Technical University of Denmark (Copenhagen) as well as a General Management Program from IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland).
