I have been working in the intersection of products, services, technology and business for 15 years
years where I have been the link between project teams, business specialists, the
top management, suppliers & vendors and the clients.
I have mainly been working with IT/software development but have also managed digital and marketing, events, communication/branding, communities and sustainability.
What matters to me is not so much the prestige in the product or the methods and frameworks used - but the approach and mind-set towards building the best products and processes for the clients, professional relations and the internal business & employees (and the world in general).
Therefore, I’m focused on:
- Basing conclusions on process and data analysis + feedback from clients and SMEs in the team —> to keep things real
- “Keep it simple” solutions —> to support key process and features and over time develop and strengthen these with additional modules and solutions
- Keeping things on track by finding the right processes for everyone —> to make sure the focus is on what really matters; the end result
- Communication and positive relations —> because the development of top class products and services requires a well-balanced mix between hardcore business and soft values and skills. Happy employees = healthy business.
