Complexity is inherently a premise in the pharmaceutical industry due to the interaction and dynamics of global markets, scientific development, technological opportunities, operational capabilities and regulatory requirements.
Complexity can be a barrier for robust and simple processes, drives confusion and disorder of decisions actions, which may lead to value destruction and inability to service patients and customers optimally.

I strive to create transparency and mobilize, align and optimise people’s performance and optimise and streamline business processes towards shared goals.

I use my 25 year pharma experience to help my customers with e.g.:
• Operational excellence: Lean in operations and support activities (incl. metrology handling), assessment of working processes, operating model development
• Organisational change management: Facilitating mobilisation, alignment and commitment integrated in other project offerings or as stand-alone support
• Project excellence/management: Infusing project leadership in project organisations, ensuring effective project initiation, organizational reviews, aligning stakeholder organisations and processes, etc. Alternative manage the project myself.
• Competence and people management: Facilitation the talent and leadership competence development including leadership mentoring
• Research: Consultancy within small molecule research
