I am a seasoned architect with a goal-driven personal drive, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to lead and manage projects and teams.
I have been doing work as system or solution architect for various companies, such as Novo Nordisk, Specsavers, DMI, Region Sjælland and Daman. For the latter, I was also Head of Development and has proven management experience – and with success, as projects during my tenure as HoD came was done on time, with a high team spirit and with full alignment with the business.
I have a background as a freelance developer and it-architect, mostly working with creating complex and custom ERP / CMS / B2B solutions and often using Microsoft technologies.
I worked for several years as a “software development partner” for 2 smaller companies simultaneously with the “technology platform” ownership for in-house developed business systems.
During these years I have learned the benefits of architectural planning and to include business and operations perspectives into development planning – and to plan for what is possible on a tight budget.
Even with recent experiences from bigger enterprises, this attention to detail, time, and budget, is still a concern for me.

• Specification and high-level design of the “gold” target solution for a new global Consent Management solution for the commercial space in Novo Nordisk, with assistance for other architects and stakeholder interviews.
A proof-of-concept project is being planned for execution in 2024 which will be based on a Salesforce platform.
• Architectural review of system and user security and processes for a migration of Adobe AEM from on-premise to cloud to ensure that they meet the requirements set forth by global it, and follows the it-strategy.

System/Enterprise architect on two projects:
1) Discovery, analysis, and mapping of the DMI system landscape with focus on 6 systems that was determined as business critical for the business.
2) Analysis of as-is and to-be. Plus creating of migration plan for a replacement of obsolete system for transmitting weather telegrams / messages between DMI in Karup and several other parties (such as DMI in Copenhagen, NATO and the Danish military).
With these results:
1) Successful mapping of systems (in Confluence & Sparx Enterprise Architect) and creating clarity in the business that the 6 systems was more than 6 systems, and with quite some dependencies on other systems.
2) Establishment of the foundation of a process that could lead to a proper enterprise architecture knowledge of it-systems in DMI.
3) Creation of a phased high level project plan for the upgrade. This was done in collaboration and workshops with several stakeholders in Copenhagen and Karup.

• Development of “Internet Mark Kort”, a .NET based GIS solution used by Landbrugsstyrelsen to map out all crop fields in Denmark. It’s also used as a foundation for applying for EU funds.
• During the period the system was to be extended with a AI system that was using satellite images to identify crops in fields. This is in order to perform automated control and validation between system information and real crops and fields.
• In 2021 the system won the “Innovationsprisen 2021” for projects in the public sector.
